BE1 National Football Academy Teams
Players born in 2010
BE1 NFA B team demonstrates ambitious and consistent development, participating in the highest level youth matches. Young footballers compete in the Lithuanian Elite Youth League U16 division, where they meet the strongest academies in the country. Also, the team competes in the Baltic Youth Football League U16 division, which provides an opportunity to gain international experience against peers from neighboring countries.
The main goal of this team is not only to achieve victories, but also to develop technically strong, tactically thinking and psychologically mature players. The academy pays great attention to individual mastery, understanding of the game and a professional approach to sport.
An important part of the BE1 academy system is a close relationship with the FC BE1 men’s team. The most promising players from the B team are consistently integrated into men’s football: they are invited to train with the FC BE1 team, and the best ones get a chance to debut in official matches. This transition model allows talents to smoothly adapt to the demands of higher-level football and creates a clear career progression system from the academy to professional football.
The BE1 National Football Academy B team becomes an important platform for young players to develop, improve and achieve the highest goals both in Lithuania and internationally.
